1. Change of mind
For standard products bought online, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after the day you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. If one order is delivered in separate deliveries, the period starts after the last item arrives.
2. Tell us you want to withdraw
Send a clear withdrawal notice to matigeru826@gmail.com or by post to the address above before the withdrawal period expires. Include your order number, the goods concerned and your contact details so we can identify the order. You may use the optional notice below, but it is not compulsory. Prior authorisation is not required.
3. Send the goods back
Send the goods by post or courier to "INTROPAK" A. PAŚNIKOWSKI, L. PAŚNIKOWSKA, T. PAŚNIKOWSKI SPÓŁKA JAWNA, ul. Podchorążych 13, 20-811 Lublin, Polska, no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal. Arrange your own return shipment and shipping label. Pack the goods securely, include the order reference and keep proof of dispatch. Contacting us for practical instructions does not suspend or restrict your right to withdraw.
4. Return costs
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return shipping costs; these depend on your carrier and location. We charge no restocking, handling or refund fee. If the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us before arranging postage so we can organise a suitable return at our expense. Statutory remedies are free of charge.
5. Product condition
You may open and inspect the product as you would in a shop. Opening the packaging does not by itself remove your right to withdraw. You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Return accessories and use the original packaging where possible; original packaging is not a condition for exercising withdrawal. Remove personal accounts and data from devices before returning them.
6. Refunds
We reimburse the payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered for a fully withdrawn order, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Extra charges for a more expensive delivery option are not reimbursed. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of their dispatch, whichever occurs first. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no reimbursement fee. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time after the refund is issued.
7. Personalised goods
The change-of-mind withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as an individual name or engraving, where the legal exception applies and was disclosed before purchase. Merely choosing a standard model or stock colour does not automatically make an item non-returnable. Rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods still apply, including to personalised goods.
8. Faulty goods & exchanges
If goods are faulty, damaged or different from your order, email matigeru826@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue; photos can help but are not a condition for your rights. Legal remedies, including repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination and a refund where applicable, remain available under the relevant consumer law. This 14-day change-of-mind policy does not shorten those rights. For a voluntary model or colour change, return the standard item under this policy and place a new order; this does not limit any statutory right to replacement.
